Through a series of conference-style events that attract national speakers and highlight local best practices, DC-Area recruiters will have a focal point from which they can learn and grow. Through networking events and a strong social media presence, DC-Area recruiters will have a broad community to call their own.

For recruitDC, I have served as the VP of Sponsor Relations, where I worked to attract and serve as a liaison for event sponsors at various recruitDC events. Currently I am the VP of Online Community, and I manage editorial and communications efforts for the organization across social channels and the www.recruitDC.org site.
