This was a student consultancy project in collaboration with VV National, a leading company in plastic furniture industry, was designed to enhance the company's market presence, solidify brand loyalty, and optimize social media strategies. Recognizing the need to stay competitive, embarked on a three-phase project focused on key aspects of business growth. In the first phase, the project identified the primary factors that reinforce brand loyalty within the B2B market. The second phase concentrated on expanding market reach and refining sales strategies, aiming to tap into underexplored market areas. The third phase involved researching and implementing strategies to boost the company's social media presence and engagement, including targeted email marketing and innovative online advertising. The project revealed complex relationships between various brand elements—goods-based brand image, service-based brand image, brand intentions, customer satisfaction, and brand loyalty. Notably, goods-based brand image had the strongest direct effect on brand loyalty, with only a minimal mediation through customer satisfaction. Service-based brand image also impacted brand loyalty directly, though not as significantly as anticipated. The study suggested that brand intentions could also influence brand loyalty to some extent. To further enhance brand image and customer loyalty, the project recommended implementing the V.I.P.S model of advertising, focusing on strategies like email marketing and creative ad design. The findings from this project provided VV National with actionable insights to improve its market presence, brand perception, and social media campaigns, ultimately driving business success and strengthening customer relationships.
