This started as the Magic UI portfolio template and I've been reshaping it for over a year. Along the way I moved it off Vercel to Cloudflare Workers with OpenNext and R2 for the ISR cache, and hit an OpenNext bug that burned 93% of the free-tier Durable Object quota, so that story is in the repo too.

What I added on top of the template: a live GitHub contributions calendar, a Cmd+K command palette, Discord and Steam presence via Lanyard and the Steam API, a blog with a scroll-spy table of contents, hand-drawn highlights with rough-notation, a visitor counter on Upstash Redis, and JSON-LD for Google sitelinks. Everything is open source if you want to fork it.
