"Ideas don't come out fully formed."
Zuckerberg said that. And every morning I lived it.
I'd wake up with a head full of things — tasks, decisions, people to reach out to, half-formed plans — and then sit down to work completely confused about where to start.
I realised the problem wasn't the thoughts. It was the questions.
The right question, at the right moment, cuts through everything.
So I built Morph.
Here's the full flow:
1. You speak freely into the app - everything on your mind, no structure needed. Like talking to yourself on a walk.
2. Morph transcribes it, extracts every task, person, and research question you mentioned, and prepares for a call.
3. Morph calls you back - a short 2-minute voice call. It asks sharp questions to understand what's urgent, what's background noise, and what your real priority is.
4. After the call, Morph searches the web in real time for everything relevant. The person you mentioned - it checks what they've been up to. The tool you're evaluating - it pulls recent developer threads. You don't ask it to search. It decides what's worth finding.
5. A few minutes later - a voice note arrives. Your top 3 priorities in order. The one thing it found that changes how you approach your day. Nothing else.
By the time you sit down to work, your day is already clear.
