Built entirely in vanilla JavaScript — no React, no bundler, no build step. Single HTML file deployed on Vercel with a Node.js backend on Render. Firebase for auth and real-time data. Multi-provider AI fallback chain across Cerebras, Groq, Gemini, and OpenRouter — if one fails the next one picks up. The whole thing was built from an Android phone.
