Kabadi Junction – Scrap Collection & Management Platform

Kabadi Junction is a full-stack web platform designed to simplify scrap collection by connecting customers with scrap collection services through a streamlined digital process. The platform enables customers to manage scrap pickup requests while providing field staff and administrators with tools to manage collections and business operations.

I designed, developed, and deployed the platform using the MERN stack, implementing three-role Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), JWT authentication, customer and operational workflows, scrap price-locking rules, administrative overrides, and payout management. I also integrated REST APIs, MongoDB, Cloudinary for image storage, and Resend for transactional email notifications. The application is deployed using Vercel and Render with automated deployment workflows.
