OptMsg is a private, opt-in email service built for people and families, not businesses.

Most inboxes let anyone in the world reach you, then leave you to sort out what's safe to open. OptMsg flips that: only people you approve can reach your inbox, and everyone else goes to Trash, where it is automatically deleted after 30 days, so you can still look there for anything you were expecting.

• Opt-in inbox: approve a sender once and their mail goes to your inbox from then on, using patent-pending opt-in technology.

• Passwordless sign-in: OptMsg accounts have no password, so there is no password to steal. You sign in with a passkey.

• Community Recommendations point out trusted senders whose mail landed in your Trash, so you don't miss messages you want.

• No ads: OptMsg does not scan your emails to sell ads, and we don't collect your personal data to sell to advertisers.

• Messages between two OptMsg users are encrypted at rest and in transit and stay on OptMsg infrastructure. Mail you exchange with an address at another provider may still be read or monetized by that provider.
