Conducted an experimental study on water in water pickering emulsions of bio-polymers, polyethylene oxide and dextran, to create non-spherical droplets of the dispersed phase. Applied centripetal force on sample by spin coater and optimized its conditions. Produced positive results and obtained seed shaped, almond shaped and cylindrical shaped droplets. Worked on image pre-processing, image segmentation and image analysis of the results in MATLAB.
