The portfolio is not a resume. It is not a case study. It is a living scripture of one founder's journey told through the oldest wisdom framework in human history.

Every section has the original Sanskrit verse, the Gita lesson and then the real story from my life mapped to that lesson. Dark cinematic design. Kurukshetra battlefield aesthetic. Sanskrit typography. 18 chapters. Every battle fought. Every lesson earned.

This is the most ambitious personal portfolio project built by anyone in 2026.

(2) Why I built it this way

Because my story does not fit a resume. It does not fit a LinkedIn profile. It fits a Gita. 6 years. 4 startups. 3 failures. 10,000 plus students. Stanford. NVIDIA. A PG room in Noida. A house mom earning dignity. A boy from Varanasi is building the context brain for AI agents.

That story needed 18 chapters. So I gave it 18.

(3) What am I currently building?

GeniOS. The Organisational Context Graph, the core Context Brain for AI agents at enterprise scale. The infrastructure that answers who this agent serves, what the organisation values and what it must never do.

(4) What have I built before GeniOS?

• Homians, a food-tech startup I bootstrapped from a PG room in Noida, has grown to Rs 35 lakh in revenue with zero external funding, creating 100+ jobs and enabling 50+ house moms to earn Rs 15,000 per month. Featured on Shark Tank India Season 2 and national TV show Horses Stable Season 5

• The Moronss, an AI mentor platform that reached 100,000 plus students across India. Shark Tank India Season 4 Finalist. IIT Roorkee Top Exhibitor 2025

• 3 other ventures before these, each one a lesson that became the foundation of the next

(5) What did I build at GeniOS before the current pivot?

• A Multi-Agentic Orchestrator that coordinates multiple AI agents through structured execution pipelines using intent classification, task atomization, context retrieval and result aggregation

• Email Agent built on LangGraph and Gemini for summarisation, reply drafting, action extraction and priority classification

• Calendar Agent built on LangGraph and Gemini for scheduling, conflict detection and smart slot recommendations

• Smart ATS Resume Builder that reached 1,500 plus users from IITs and NITs within one month, acknowledged by an IBM Senior AI Engineer.
