Engineered a modular full-stack personal finance management system using FastAPI with a layered architecture (controllers, services, schemas, models) and asynchronous database integration. Implemented an OCR pipeline to extract structured transaction data from receipt images and developed RESTful APIs for authentication, transactions, dashboards, and financial reporting. Containerized the backend using Docker and integrated automated testing with Pytest to ensure reliability and CI/CD readiness.
