How it works: you start with a company, the one you work at or the one you want next. MinTraq studies how that company and role measure people, then assesses your readiness with role-specific assessments covering behavioural strengths, functional knowledge, leadership judgement, EQ and culture fit. You get a clear scorecard of your strengths and gaps.
