AORTrack is a free tool designed to help Canada PR applicants track their journey from Acknowledgement of Receipt (AOR) to their Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR) and PR card. It allows users to tick off each IRCC milestone as it happens, automatically placing them in their AOR-month cohort.
Join your AOR-month cohort: Automatically grouped with applicants who received AOR in the same month and stream (inland or outland) for meaningful comparisons.
Browse real community timelines: See what statuses other applicants around your AOR date are getting, providing insights into processing times and stages.
Connect with the community: Join thousands of applicants comparing notes and sharing experiences on WhatsApp and Facebook groups.
Milestone tracking: Log each milestone with a single tap and gain context on every stage, including typical day markers based on community medians.
Supports all pathways: Tracks milestones for Express Entry (CEC, FSW, FST), PNP, and spousal/family sponsorship applications.
Anonymous by design: All tracked timelines are anonymous, protecting user privacy by not displaying names, emails, UCI, or application numbers.
Free to use: The tracker is completely free with no signup required to start.
How it works:
Step 1: Your application - Enter your pathway, stream (inland/outland), and AOR date.
Step 2: Your milestones - Tick off milestones as they appear in your IRCC account. The dashboard tracks days since AOR, journey progress, and expected decision windows.
AORTrack is not affiliated with IRCC or the Government of Canada.
