Conducted an in-depth UX study of a ride-hailing application to identify usability issues and improve the booking experience. Analyzed user flows, navigation patterns, ride-status communication, and driver-matching feedback. Created redesigned screens and prototypes focused on clarity, hierarchy, and trust, with every design decision grounded in user-centered research and heuristic evaluation.
