N-GPAT is a digital tool designed to assess, monitor, and report the environmental performance of climate-related projects in Uzbekistan. Led by the Center of Green Economy Projects (CGEP), the tool supports financial institutions and government agencies in evaluating GHG emissions, energy efficiency, biodiversity impact, and alignment with national and international climate goals (NDCs, SDGs, Paris Agreement). The project is being implemented in two phases, focusing on tool design, pilot testing, sectoral expansion, and integration of advanced technologies like AI and blockchain. N-GPAT aims to enhance transparency, attract green investments, and accelerate Uzbekistan’s transition to a low-carbon economy.
