Outside Access is a free native Android companion with 20 practical help topics in English and Spanish, on-device help search, offline terms and privacy guidance, and a live public service-status check. It opens trusted sponsor, credit, support and account-deletion pages in the system browser.

The separate online service supports authorized public-information research, document preparation and delivery for families supporting someone incarcerated. Website accounts, purchases, processing and delivery have separate requirements and fees. The app does not provide free service work, send resident messages or log in to Securus.
