Hi there, I've created this web-based app for my daily work and after some time using it for myself I decided to make it available as a SaaS so that everyone could use it.

AllMins is an AI-powered tool for creating structured meeting minutes and summaries from audio and video recordings, transcripts, text files, and handwritten notes. It helps teams turn discussions into useful documents with decisions, action items, deadlines, key points, and follow-up tasks. It can recognize company-specific templates and create minutes according to the recognized structure and format.

The product was designed for everyday work: project meetings, technical discussions, team calls, client meetings, and management updates. Users can upload a recording, add a transcript, or recognize handwritten meeting notes with OCR, then combine these sources into a final minutes-text/protocol.

AllMins supports multiple languages, create bilingual meeting minutes, editable OCR notes, and export-ready document templates. Instead of leaving users with a raw transcript, it focuses on producing practical meeting outcomes that can be shared and used immediately. For organizing purposes user can create project folders within the app and assign the processed results to the corresponding project so that nothing gets lost under way.
