Tech: Next 13, Framer motion, Tailwindcss, Phosphor icons

I've colocated all the components for ease of understanding and I'm using dynamic tailwind classes everywhere because I'm assuming every challenge won't be following the same design system.

I'll be taking up previous challenges as well when I find time.
