Sonnet 4.5 seems broken or Bugy

I have been using Claude - sonnet 4.4 but recently they have introduced 4.5 which is having lot of problems it seems, it gives error in between while generating code / response and upgrade message too frequent, is anyone else facing the same problem? all the developers out there which tool are you using for Gen AI for code generation or design/ arch related queries.... and what I really frustrate about claude is, if we ask design related question still directly jumps in coding... we need to ask explicitly don't provide implementation just design or discussion... is anyone else facing the same problem??
