Open sourcing an ip-site.info

Hi Folks 👋,

I wanted to add location analytics for tini.fyi, which required an IP-based location service. While exploring options, I found most were quite expensive—making them difficult to sustain for a free project like this.

So, I built ip-info.site! I've been using it for a while, and I thought it might be useful for others too. To make it more accessible, I'm open-sourcing it—so you can use it as-is or even self-host it.
