Design for the lazy, not the loyal.

People aren’t skipping your product because they don’t care, they skip because it’s effort.


Make the default path the easiest path. Don’t make users think; make them flow.


Example: Netflix auto-plays the next episode no clicks, no decisions. That’s product psychology done right.
