When a vendor's insurance lapsed and nobody caught it, the management company pays for the damage. CoverCheck reads the certificate, checks carrier, limits, endorsements and dates against that community's requirements, and drafts the chase email to their agent. $15 a month flat, unlimited vendors and communities. A limit box it cannot read comes back as needs review. I never let it pass.
