Build log: PolicyDrift has one deploy path

PolicyDrift reads what a site loads against what its privacy policy claims. I removed a 105-line retired deploy script. The current script builds, deploys, populates the incremental cache, then verifies routes. Verification reads the cache used by the deployed Worker.
