Hey there! I’m Seth, and I’m here to guide you through the process of taking your idea from concept to a real, working product. This competition is all about building, learning, and getting your project out the door as smoothly as possible.

I’ll be dropping hints, offering tips, and showing you practical ways to make progress at each step. Think of me as your guide—helping you navigate the process, avoid pitfalls, and move closer to a finished product with every action you take.

Rules

1. Duration

• Start: 9/8/2025

• End: 10/19/2025

• Total duration: 6 weeks.

2. Eligibility

• Open to anyone on Peerlist with a verified account.

• Solo participants who are focusing on Hyper-Dev are Highly encouraged

• Only projects published in the Résumé category on Peerlist are eligible.

3. Project Requirements

• Must be built during the competition period (no prebuilt projects).

• Projects must be public and accessible for viewing on Peerlist.

• Weekly updates are not required but encouraged

4. Voting

• Voting occurs via Peerlist upvotes.

• The project with the most votes at the end of 6 weeks wins.

• Only legitimate votes from Peerlist accounts will count — no fake accounts or vote manipulation.

5. Bonus Points Rubric

To encourage production-level thinking, bonus points will be awarded for:

1. Scalability – The project can handle increased users or data without crashing.

2. Feature Completeness – Added functionality that takes it from “side project” to a usable product.

3. Integration & Automation – Connections to APIs, external services, or automation workflows.

4. UX & UI Quality – Polished interface and intuitive experience for end-users.

Bonus points do not replace votes, but they will be considered in tie-breaker situations or when judging additional merit. Landslide or unbalanced result will always result in Rubric scoring. However being vocal and sharing your project will not be trumped by a project submitted with no social engagement.

7. Transparency & Trust

• Winners will receive proof of gift card. the day the competition ends.

• Premium app access granted within 24 hours of winning.

8. Fair Play

• Collaboration is allowed, but each participant may submit only one project.

• No spam, bots, or vote manipulation.

• Constructive feedback is encouraged.

9. Community Engagement

• Share progress updates publicly each week to build trust and excitement.

• Ask questions, post screenshots, or demo features — these contribute to credibility.
