Led the end-to-end UX design for OneCode’s mobile onboarding and training flow. Boosted training session attendance from 45% to 85%+, directly improving user activation. Conducted user interviews & usability testing to validate and iterate on design decisions. Designed complete user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for mobile. Developed the company’s brand identity and visual system, including detailed Brand Guidelines.
