Broadsapp now efficiently manages customer inquiries through features like automated broadcast messaging, real-time support, and a shared team inbox. My contributions included enhancing message scheduling, creating dynamic templates, and optimizing the UI, resulting in a platform that processes over 20,000 messages monthly and significantly boosts customer engagement.
