A large portion of Indian population is involved in the informal sectors, and the jobs available in this sector have no social security. One day, a rickshawWala , might return home happily with food for his family, the other day he may not. Perpetuity of this , has made "low standard of living" a tradition among them, and they have lost the courage to break this tradition. ISRS, a scheme designed by the above students , hereby introduces a new way of implementation of social welfare programs that would reach the very grass root level of Indian society, and reduce the vulnurability of this informal sector, if not eliminate it.
