During our graduation from Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Hotel Management, Nimish, Srishti & I had to submit a research paper & presentation on any hospitality related subject. As our mutual area of interest, we took up the basic premise as "Food on a tap", which further led to an elaborate study & poll generated results on "User Adaptation & Market Impact of Online Ordering Platform on Restaurants in Chandigarh". All of us equally managed work and got appreciated in verbal remarks and marks by NCHMCT invigilators. Key features of the project work were. * It focussed on getting to know the most appreciated & impactful ordering platform in Chandigarh from both customer & restaurant perspective. * Key problems & areas of improvement initiated by the people of Chandigarh were discussed in a proficient manner. * A questionnaire focussed on customer responses were filled and hence a data of audience behaviour was collected and interpreted.
