AI • Mobile App
We built AIpine [ai-pine] because AI assistants increasingly create more than chat responses. They produce HTML pages, Markdown documents, diagrams, SVGs, JSON, CSV data and code—but actually using those artifacts on an iPhone is still awkward.
AIpine turns them into a searchable library on your phone. You can preview, search and run supported artifacts without needing to move back to a desktop. The library also remains available offline.
The main design challenge was making many different file types feel coherent on a small screen. A CSV needs a useful table view, Markdown needs rendering and source access, and an HTML or JSX artifact needs a very different preview experience. We wanted all of that to feel like one focused iOS app rather than a collection of separate viewers.
This is still an early release, so I’m particularly interested in feedback on:
Which AI-generated formats you use most
Which artifacts are still painful to use on mobile
Where previewing or navigating feels unclear
What would make this useful in your everyday AI workflow
If you try it, technical and critical feedback is very welcome. I’ll be here to answer questions about the product and how we approached it.
