1. This project consists of an android application that allows faculty to capture image of the class and send it to the back end server. 2. The server uses advanced image processing capabilities of openCV to detect and recognise faces of the students present in the class. 3. This data is then sent to the centralised attendance management system to update the overall attendance of individual students and the lecture they attended.
