AI • Hiring • Resume Builder
Most job sites make you do the searching. You type keywords, scroll through hundreds of listings, and guess which ones you have a real chance at. Company.fit flips that around, and backs it with the largest bank of recruitment questions in the world.
15.1M+ recruitment questions
Company.fit runs on a question bank of over 15.1 million recruitment questions, the largest one in existence. It covers thousands of skills across every level from junior to staff, and it is what makes the AI interviews possible at scale: no shared pool of 200 recycled questions that leak to a cheat sheet within a week, no two candidates getting an identical screen. The bank keeps growing.
How matching works
You build a profile once: upload your CV, fill in your experience and skills. From there the system compares your profile against every open role in the database and shows you a percentage match for each one. You see the roles that actually fit your background first, instead of whatever ranked highest for a keyword.
Skills you can prove
This is the part that makes Company.fit different from every other job platform. Today, skills are declared. Anyone can put "senior TypeScript" on a CV, and every employer has to re-verify it from scratch in their own process.
On Company.fit you can verify a skill by taking an interview with an AI recruiter, drawn from that 15.1M+ question bank. You pick the skill and the level you are claiming, junior through staff, and you take it when you feel ready, not when a recruiter has a slot free. The conversation is recorded, the AI evaluates your answers, writes feedback, and watches for signs of cheating.
Once you pass, the result is yours to share. Companies you apply to see not just a CV, but a verified skill, the AI's assessment, a written summary and the recording. You do the interview once and reuse it across applications, instead of repeating the same technical screen for every company in your pipeline.
For companies
- Post up to 50 active roles for free, and keep them live well past the usual 30-day window
- Free listings show you anonymised candidates: experience, skills, match percentage and verified-skill status, without contact details
- You judge the quality of applicants before you pay anything. That is the reverse of the usual model, where you pay up front and hope the applications are worth it
- Each role shows not only the people who applied, but how many profiles in the database match it, filterable by country, experience, skills and match level
- Candidate details are revealed only after the candidate agrees
The goal is the largest global database of professional profiles where the skills are verified rather than claimed, powered by the largest bank of recruitment questions ever assembled.
