Ensuring that a product roadmap truly reflects user feedback is critical to building something people actually want. For me, the key is focusing on what’s truly meaningful—not just acting on every piece of feedback. It’s about looking for recurring themes, aligning them with the overall business strategy, and then communicating back to the users how their input shaped the roadmap.
I also find that framing the feedback around the why—the pain points and needs behind the request—helps create a more actionable plan.
How do you make sure your roadmaps stay aligned with what users really want?
