Managing a constantly evolving product backlog is like keeping a ship steady through rough waters. The key for me is always tying decisions to the bigger picture—what does this feature solve for the user, and does it align with our long-term goals?

I like to prioritize based on impact vs. effort, ensuring that the features that offer the most value get prioritized, but I also make sure that the team remains adaptable as priorities shift.
