Technical delays are inevitable, but it’s how we adapt that counts. When they throw off the project timeline, I focus on finding where I can still move things forward. Whether it’s reallocating resources to tasks unaffected by the delay or using the downtime for other areas of the product, staying flexible is crucial.

How do you all handle technical setbacks in your projects? Looking forward to hearing your strategies!
