This is a lightweight, native macOS menu-bar application designed to remind users to stand up, stretch, and take breaks. It resides unobtrusively in the menu bar, making it easily accessible. The app offers customizable reminder intervals, friendly and rotating movement prompts, and built-in snooze and dismiss actions. Reminders are presented as toast-style notifications near the menu bar. Users can opt to have the application launch automatically at login. The interface is built with a clean SwiftUI design, featuring warm styling and subtle sound effects for interactions.
