imgi is a free web tool for creating before and after image comparisons. You upload two images and get an interactive slider on a permanent, shareable link that anyone can open. Drag the handle to wipe between the two versions and the difference becomes obvious in a way that two separate screenshots never quite manage.
No account is needed to create a comparison or to view one, and it runs in any browser on desktop or mobile.
Features: a horizontal or vertical slider, custom labels for each side, permanent shareable links, an embeddable widget for your own site, comparing up to ten images in a single link, albums that group several comparisons behind one link, animated GIF, MP4 and WebP export for places a live slider cannot go such as Reddit, Discord and Nexus, single image hosting, private links, and an offline mode that compares images entirely in your browser with nothing uploaded.
People use it for photo edits, design revisions, AI upscales and restorations, game mods and texture packs, and renovations. Anywhere you need to show a visual change clearly.
