How it works:

1. Agent reads metadata: The agent receives an endpoint and an OpenAPI spec along with payment details.
2. Sees 402 response: The server returns an HTTP 402 status code with a signed payment requirement in USDC.
3. Signs & pays onchain: The agent's wallet broadcasts a USDC microtransaction on the Base network, requiring no human intervention.
4. Gets the result: The server verifies the payment header and returns the API response.
