Unicorn Watch is a mobile app that tracks the largest private companies in the world and answers three questions: what is it worth today, when might it list, what changed.

For every company it shows the reported valuation with date and source, the valuation history, the IPO status (rumors, confidential filing, public S-1 or F-1, pricing, debut, lock-up end), events in date order and push alerts on the companies you follow. There is an IPO calendar, a weekly report and a community forecast where users give the expected IPO month and value, shown as median and sentiment.

Available in 16 languages, on Android and iPhone (in review). Valuations are figures reported by public sources, not market prices; the app is information only, with no investment advice.
