Designed and implemented the communication and data transmission system for the Unified Dispatch Service (UDS) of the Odesa Regional Center for Emergency Medical Care and Disaster Medicine. The system supports the reception and processing of emergency medical calls via the single national number ‘103’ from the Public Telephone Network (PTN) of the Odesa region. It provides real-time reception and guaranteed processing of calls from various communication technologies, ensures the retrieval of essential subscriber data from telecom operators, enables callback functionality, records and stores all data including multimedia traffic, and supports interoperability with communication networks of other agencies.
