I kept bouncing between Calendar, Reminders and Notes all day, so I built one Mac app for all three and tucked it into the MacBook notch.
Hover the notch and four tabs open: Calendar (your week at a glance), Reminders (tick things off, with confetti), Notes (your real Apple Notes, checklists included) and Focus (a timer with Apple Music or Spotify controls). Type the way you talk, like "coffee with Maya friday 9:30am" or "remind me to water the plants tomorrow", and Cupola works out the day and time and saves it to Calendar or Reminders.
When you want more room, View all opens a full app window: Home with today's events, reminders and recent notes side by side, a week calendar, reminder lists with subtasks, flags, tags and priorities, a notes browser, and a full-screen Focus mode.
Cupola doesn't replace Apple's apps, it sits on top of them. Everything you add shows up in Calendar, Reminders and Notes (and on your iPhone through iCloud), and the other way round. There's no account and no server; your events, reminders and notes never leave your Mac. It's a native Swift app that sits quietly until you hover. On Macs or displays without a notch it shows a small pill at the top of the screen instead.
It isn't on the Mac App Store because it works with Notes and Reminders in ways the sandbox doesn't allow, like real checklists and tables in your notes. You install it with one line in Terminal and it updates itself after that.
Needs Apple silicon and macOS 26 or later. 7-day free trial, then $20 once. No subscription.
