Designing a multi-tiered subscription plan that's "also" credit based, meaning users can buy additional credits on top as a flexible add on (regardless of chosen plan), all in one place. (Email Warmup service is the subscription plan, email verification is the credits to buy).
Key UX (User Experience) points in the design I've created for the Email Warmup service pricing page. I'll break down the UX considerations for each major section of the page.
UX Goal: Present pricing options clearly and help users choose the right plan.
Implementation: Three distinct cards for different tiers (Essential, Standard, Premium) with clear visual hierarchy.
UX Benefit: Easy comparison of features and prices helps users make informed decisions quickly.
UX Goal: Guide users towards the most popular or profitable option.
Implementation: The Pro plan card has a border and shadow to make it stand out.
UX Benefit: Reduces decision paralysis by subtly suggesting a "best" option for most users.
UX Goal: Provide flexibility for users who need more than the standard plan limits.
Implementation: Interactive slider for selecting credit amount with real-time price updates.
UX Benefit: Users can tailor their purchase to their exact needs, increasing satisfaction and potentially boosting revenue
UX Goal: Provide transparent, real-time pricing information.
Implementation: Instant updates of total price and price per credit as the user adjusts the slider.
UX Benefit: Users understand exactly what they're paying for, building trust and reducing hesitation.
