Project Overview This project involved the development of a comprehensive, mobile-first operational system designed to streamline workforce management without requiring technical expertise from the end user. The core objective was to allow a coordinator to manage data entry, complex payroll processing, and automated reporting entirely from a smartphone interface. Technical Architecture & Workflow Automated Data Entry: I developed three custom Google Forms—for individual workers, new entries, and crew management—connected via Google Apps Script. Advanced Processing Engine: Built a 9-tab Google Sheets backend utilizing ARRAYFORMULA, QUERY functions, and error-detection filters to automate salary, PF, and hours calculations. Make.com Integration: Implemented a webhook-triggered scenario that manages report requests (daily/monthly/custom) and routes data to the generator. Mobile Web App: Created a bookmarked web portal that provides the coordinator with one-tap access to worker profiles and report triggers. Automated Reporting: An on-demand system that builds formatted Google Docs with narrative text and data tables, automatically delivering them to Google Drive and email. The Result: The final solution transformed a manual, error-prone workflow into a sleek, automated system. It provides high-level analytics and professional documentation with zero manual data manipulation required by the coordinator.
