The challenge at hand involves the standardization of user experiences, extending their applicability to a global audience, harnessing the power of branding across interdependent platforms and by-products, and executing the implementation of a unified design system.
In order to cater to a diverse user base, including medical aspirants, doctors, and nurses, comprehensive research has been conducted to identify areas of improvement aimed at enhancing the overall user experience.
This endeavour has involved reimagining and rejuvenating the product's design, culminating in the successful deployment of a unified design system spanning both backend and end-user applications.
