AI • Hiring • Productivity
I built NailedIt while trying to level up in my own marketing career. I needed to practice answering out loud, and a friend saying "that was good" is not feedback.
How it works:
Name the job or paste the posting.
An AI interviewer asks a question out loud, listens to your answer, and follows up.
Every answer is scored on the same five things: structure, judgment, specificity, relevance, communication.
Add your resume or LinkedIn profile and it asks about your real jobs.
Can't talk right now? Type your answers. Same interviewer, same scoring.
Run it again and see whether the score moves.
Four rounds: the hiring manager interview; a recruiter screen (why you're looking, your salary range, the lowest you'd take); a salary negotiation where an AI recruiter makes an offer and pushes back; and asking your manager for a raise or promotion.
Second mode: a timed one-way recorded rehearsal for HireVue-style interviews. A question appears, a prep timer runs, one take against the clock. NailedIt is not affiliated with HireVue or any vendor.
What it costs: free to start. Sign up with your email, Google or LinkedIn for two scored mocks, no card. Then $29 a month (intro price through October 31; regular $49) for as many scored mocks as you want plus the coaching: why you lost points, your weakest answers rewritten, and drills. Cancel from your account page.
Where it stands: solo project. I use it before my own interviews. Everything AI is labeled AI, and it is practice only. Works in the browser on desktop or phone.
What I want from this launch: tell me where the scoring feels wrong.
