Is design changing...?

Where does AI fit in in the progress of design...? 🤔

I like the way Alipta put it in his session at adplist.org's BeMore festival.... 💡

In a way, everything is in a state of work in progress.... 🚶

So, is design.... 🖼️

And so is the role of AI in design.... ✨

Lemme explain it going with the water bottle metaphor from the screenshot.... 🤓

The water bottle doesn't stop being a water bottle when it becomes a transparent bottle....💧

People don't stop drinking from it when it gets technical capabilities to push reminders.... 🔔

Its core functionality doesn't change when it gets self-sterilizing capabilities.... 💊

What changes is the range of things you can do with it. And that's how AI is to design. That's how AI thinking is a capability update to Design Thinking, not it's competitor.... 😌
