For over 20 years, hiring has barely evolved.

You create a job post.

Candidates are asked to fill out long, static forms.

Have a small question on candidates profile? — you need to schedule interviews or call, just to ask the most basic questions.

Along the way, long forms cause drop-offs.

And it’s usually the most talented candidates who quietly opt-out.

Then comes the final step

You sit through 1000s of applications (quite literally)… and still struggle to find the right match.

Hiring is clearly broken.

So we’re rebuilding it around three simple ideas:Apply through a DM

No long forms. No friction. Candidates apply by sending a message—dramatically reducing drop-offs and ensuring great talent doesn’t get lost.AI-led screening

Our AI understands resumes, asks the right follow-up questions, and surfaces the best matches—making screening faster, smarter, and more effective.Seamless connections

The best candidates are delivered directly to your Slack or Teams. Schedule interviews in one click, without leaving your workflow.

Welcome to the future of hiring.
