As part of my role at Zersys, I led the redesign of the KTM India App for Bajaj Auto. The goal was to enhance the user experience, streamline navigation, and modernize the app’s look and feel. By integrating intuitive user flows and a sleek, updated interface, the redesign aimed to improve engagement for KTM enthusiasts, making it easier to access information, book services, and connect with the brand. The result was a more seamless and visually compelling app that better reflected the KTM brand’s dynamic spirit.
