Managed and conducted various cultural events at the fest including the Fine arts events and fun events as a Event Management Head Coordinator.

Successfully conducted Innerve - the Annual Technical Fest of Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University For Women with over 20,000 participants from across the nation. Some of the highlights include Innerve Hacks - a Pan-India Hackathon to promote women in technology; RoboIgnitors- a robot fighting competition; Reversi- A blockchain-based app game; Dronacharya - a drone flying obstacle race and many other technical events.

Desh Ke Mentor or Education Mentoring Programme (previously known as SAKHI), an initiative by the Government of Delhi & IGDTUW to raise awareness about STEM education amongst girls. In this program, we mentor girls from Delhi government schools in the STEM field. Currently, leading a team of 7 mentors and have the responsibility of planning, training, and motivating the 35 students (7 mentors + 5 mentees each) so that this program benefits the mentees and makes them capable of taking up career decisions on their own, in addition to enhancing my mentor's communication skills.
