Product Hunt is a home that surfaces great products every day and constantly supports a community of makers building the future. As a Community Programs Manager, I help founders succeed with their launch strategy and bring the community together by leading community initiatives. 

- Defined and executed a strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and retention for a specific segment of the Product Hunt community.
- Owned and reported on the full suite of quantitative and qualitative KPIs for your segment of the Product Hunt community, and connect the team’s work to their growth.
- Inspired the community by finding and amplifying the success stories of Makers throughout the Product Hunt community.
- Contributed to the company's “build in public” strategy, including programs to get our key community members involved early and often in what’s coming next.

Community Programs Manager

Draftbit is a low-code tool that helps users to create, customize, and launch mobile apps all from a web browser. As a Product Evangelist, I worked at the intersection of product, growth and community.

Product - I provided thorough feedback on the roadmap, detailing bugs and issues the team is uncovering while building example apps using the tool. I also developed product specs for new features and helped the product team succeed in building what people want.

Growth - I collaborated with content creators on educational tools & tutorials, helped manage social media accounts, identified online events where I evangelized Draftbit by giving product demos, and helped find potential partnership opportunities with no-code/maker communities.

Community - I engaged with Draftbit-owned communities/forums and helped manage/maintain product documentation. Served the community by starting initiatives like weekly newsletters, AMAs, product walkthroughs, content creation which helped amp up Draftbi

Product Evangelist

As a contractor from Photon Infotech, I acted as a Product Owner/Business Analyst in the development of a native iOS App and Android App for Boots. Heavily involved in owning the line of businesses like Offers, Photo, Pharmacy & Prescriptions. Lead multiple projects which helped to establish Boots App in multiple locations like UK and Ireland. 

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Helped in revamp of the existing Boots consumer mobile app making it the primary touchpoint in all interactions. 
• Work with Product Manager on the roadmap for the fiscal year and ideate solutions from concept to launch
• Conducted Gap analysis of the AS IS and To Be application to derived requirements for enhancements
• Define MVP, create Epics and User Stories in JIRA, lead Grooming Sessions and participate in Sprint Retrospective 
• Participated in Agile project planning for Backlogs & Release Management strategies including Sprint Planning and UAT
• Work closely with UX, design, development, QA and marketing tea

Product Owner/Business Analyst at Boots Digital

Key Initiatives:
• Worked on a flagship feature called Clip by Scan. A fast one-handed coupon experience for in-store shoppers to save coupons while users browse the aisle and/or wait in line to check out. A successful serving 2 million customers by helping them clip over 10 million coupons from the launch date.
• Worked on key feature redesign projects like Store locator, which enabled users to discover store hrs, locate stores anywhere in the US and Balance rewards, which enabled users to have a dashboard tier experience of rewards for their purchases. 
• Worked with multiple digital teams to implement Apple Pay, which enabled a smooth checkout process for in-app purchases. Registered 46% revenue growth from Apple Pay. 
• Worked on enhanced In-Store mode experience, which enables users to discover in-store coupons, balance rewards summary.
• Implemented new iOS enhancements whenever Apple launches an update. Worked on implementing core iOS 11, iOS 12 updates into the app.

Product Owner/Business Analyst at Walgreens Digital

As a contractor from Precision Tech,  I worked on legacy projects that deals with the integration of the Sigue’s legacy systems: Sigue Global Systems (SGS) and Control Money. Sigue Agent Mobile App is also a part of the project, which provides the Agents a better communication with customers.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Defined processes and tools best suited to the two projects (SGS-CM Integration & Sigue Agent App). Moved between Waterfall and Agile approaches depending on project specifics and stakeholder goals, creating detailed project road maps, plans, schedules and work breakdown structures.
• Acted as a liason between the business and technology teams breaking down high level Business Requirement Documents (BRD) into Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) from both formal and informal sessions. 
• Performed Requirement analysis and Impact analysis. Followed a systematic approach to elicit, organize, and document requirements on the legacy systems.

Business Analyst

Worked as a Programmer Analyst for a project that consisted of developing a comprehensive online money transfer system, mobile application to allow the customers to effectively manage their accounts. The application allowed the users to transfer funds between accounts, view statements and utilize check free electronic billing services. The redesigned system made self-service activities more user-friendly and provided simpler and swifter navigation and seamless integration of various money management functions.
