Admin Platform: Instrumental in design of several vital internal demand tools aimed at enhancing the 
logistics business. These include Service Upselling and Promotions module, Exchange Rate Configuration and Analytics, Rate Trends to assist sales agents when freight rates are unavailable, and Task Manager automating sales agents' tasks for seamless shipment creation and execution

Cogo Academy: Played a pivotal role in creating an internal EdTech platform that facilitates employee 
recruitment, onboarding, and professional development. Handled design innovation for Test and Course Modules, encompassing their creation and consumption modules

Enhanced the Channel Partner Platform for seamless shipment booking, eliminating the need for agent 
involvement. Currently working on Partners’ mobile
