Abhinav Sharma

As Vice Chairperson of the MUJ ACM SIGAI Student Chapter, I planned and managed AI-focused events, workshops, and speaker sessions. I worked with the core team to create engaging activities that encouraged learning and teamwork in Artificial Intelligence. My role also included handling event production, guiding team members, and building partnerships to grow the chapter’s reach and impact.

As Operations Manager, I oversaw the smooth running of all chapter events. I coordinated with logistics, technical, and creative teams to make sure everything went as planned. My work included managing multiple platforms during events, solving issues on the spot, and meeting all operational and technical needs. This role helped me improve my ability to work under pressure while staying efficient and delivering quality results.

In my role as Python Mentor, I taught students the fundamentals of Python programming, using the PyCharm platform and interactive presentations. I created structured learning modules, assigned practical tasks, and guided students through problem-solving exercises. My mentorship focused on enabling students to apply their skills in building functional and creative projects, helping them gain confidence in coding and project development.

As Head of Logistics, I handled all event logistics, including venue setup, equipment, and resource allocation. I worked with teams to meet technical and operational needs on time, helping ensure the smooth and successful delivery of major events.
